Kessler & Sons had already embraced technology by building their own WordPress website, which served their business and customers well. However, one key process was slowing them down: credit applications for instrument rentals were being handled manually, consuming a significant amount of staff time and resources. They needed a smarter, faster way to handle this critical step in their business.

That’s where AJG Interactive came in. We developed a custom WordPress plugin that integrated directly with the credit bureau’s API, allowing applications to be processed instantly and securely online. This automation eliminated the need for manual data entry, saving time, reducing errors, and improving the customer experience. Since then, we’ve partnered with Kessler & Sons on many additional projects, continuing to enhance their digital tools and streamline their business operations.
