NetFinance Inc. positioned itself as a one-stop resource for all things RV and motorhome. Through its family of websites — RVFinancing.com for financing and refinancing, RVWarranty.com for extended coverage, and RVClearingHouse.com for buying, selling, and trading RVs — the company served customers across the nation. However, much of their process was still manual, requiring countless manhours to review applications and update listings, which created inefficiencies and slowed growth.

That’s when they turned to AJG Interactive. We built a custom online application platform that transformed their operations by enabling loan officers to process financing and warranty applications in real time, asynchronously. At the same time, customers gained the ability to update their own classified listings directly through the site. The result was a streamlined, modernized workflow that saved time, reduced costs, and created a smoother experience for both NetFinance’s staff and their customers.
